I’m so glad you’re here. It means that some courageous part of you knows that you deserve more. More support, more connection, more peace, more joy. I believe that healing happens when we can fully connect with ourselves and others. But for many of us, past hurts, trauma, and life experiences make that easier said than done. Many of us never learned how to process overwhelming or uncomfortable emotions growing up, so we came up with our own, not-so-healthy ways to get by. It can get frustrating when we’re ready for something new and better in our life but the same patterns and cycles keep showing up.

I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore emotions and build self-awareness to make more empowering, authentic choices that align with your unique values and goals. I take a collaborative and holistic approach to therapy and use evidence-based practices including CBT and DBT.

I work with individuals 18 and up who are experiencing anxiety, depression, questions about life’s meaning and purpose, life transitions, ADHD, stress, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. Feel free to set up a free consultation to see if we’d be a good fit!
