I am Tunisia Lumpford, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 22 years of experience working with individuals, adults, and families facing challenges that include trauma, depression and anxiety. in the field. I have extensive experience working with youth and their families who have endured violence, trauma, depression, bullying, low self-esteem, and family changes. My approach is person-centered and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFBT). I am passionate about seeing you THRIVE and I would love to be a part of your journey to change your current state. Ultimately, my goal is to be there every step of the way in order for you to experience balance in the days ahead.

On most days, do you worry or feel sad? Do you experience conflict at home, school, or work? I am available to help you through those challenges. I would like for you to feel safe. Everyone needs someone that will listen and it is important to me that you are heard. I started my journey to provide the support that will help you regain balance and THRIVE.

During our first session, please expect me to hear your story and not pass judgment. I will ask questions so I can provide you with the best support. We will work together to determine what you wish as you set your goals. Do not worry because you are not alone in this process. If you think that we would be a good fit, please reach out!
